Great Company, great service

I had just started my new sauna and realized I would need a good thermometer. I searched the internet and found Northwood and this fantastic Sauna Thermometer/Hygrometer. It was perfect for my sauna! It was easy to install and works great! I also purchased the sand dial timer, which also works outstanding!

I had one problem though; for some reason, my order showed that I had ordered 2 sand dial timers and no thermometer. I sent an email to Northwood and in no time they acknowledged the mistake and corrected the order. I could not have been more satisfied! This company is outstanding and I look forward to dealing with them in the future.
