SHIPPING

Most orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. After your order has been processed, it takes around 3 to 5 business days for the item/s to be delivered.

Currently, we offer free Standard shipping on all orders.

We ship to all addresses in the United States.

BILLING

We accept USD.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

We process refunds within 5 business days after receiving your return. Depending on your payment method, it can take from 0 to 10 business days to show up on your statement.

PRODUCT

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund, replacement, or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Since our products are made from various natural materials, we include specific care instructions with each item. Please refer to the insert/s included with your product/s.

All of our products arrive fully assembled and ready for use. For wall-mounted products such as our hygro & thermometer and sand timer, we include instructions and screws in the box.

Our packaging is made from biodegradable cardboard that’s broken down into its natural elements by most curbside recycling programs.
