The sand sticks and it only works half the time

I put this far away from the heater but the sand still binds. It is not reliable so essentially worthless.

Northwood customer service is great. I ordered a sand timer which arrived very quickly. I had a problem with the sand sticking despite mounting it per instructions. I contacted Northwood customer service and they immediately sent out a replacement which is working perfectly.

All of our products arrive fully assembled and ready for use. For wall-mounted products such as our hygro & thermometer and sand timer, we include instructions and screws in the box.

Our packaging is made from biodegradable cardboard that’s broken down into its natural elements by most curbside recycling programs.
